My role is to be your biggest supporter and your most trusted critic who will help the core startup team dare to try, and iterate in a constructive environment.

I have supported 15+ startups through the Google for Startups program and have coached startup teams on adaptability, initiative, and collaboration. I can help empower the core team to work their best so that we reduce the risk of failure together.

My 10 years in Product Operations have taught me how to create a team environment that excels. I have supported and program-managed various Google products over the past 8 years, working in the Commerce, Analytics, and Fintech industries. Previous to Google, I worked for startups in South America in the NGO, Construction and Staffing industries.

I wasn't sure if coaching would get in the way of higher priority items for the business. After one session, it was amazing.
